Plan og framdrift

Arbeidsplan og milepælar:
October 2005 – December 2005:
Start-up of the project. Partcipants/partners prepare for the kick-off workshop. The lead partner will contact each partner/participant and inform about the project outline and budget. Partners engage local SMEs as local participants. The partners prepare presentations of regional status and ideas for the kick-off.

January 2006 – June 2006:
Workshop 1 and kick-off in Brussels in January:
• Study visit to the West Norway Representative Office and presentation by an EU specialist on tourism.
• Presentation of the different partners, their key competence and roles
• Presentation of possible module for the next work phase.
• Evaluation
• Brainstorming and discussion of new development approaches.
• Definition of main activities and milestones.

Workshop 2 in Kärnten:
• Study visit to a local service provider.
• Presentation of the results from the first phase.
• Presentation of new models and methods
• Evaluation
• Brainstormeing and discussion of new development approaches.

Workshop 3 in Western Norway:
• Study visit to a local service provider.
• Presentation of the results from the second phase.
 
July 2006 – December 2006:
Workshop 4 in Thüringen:
• Study visit to a local service provider.
• Presentation of the results from the third phase.
• Presentation of new models/methods
• Evaluation
• Brainstorming and discussion of new development approaches.
• Dessimination strategies
• Future of the network.
Planlagde produksjonar og hendingar:
Information strategy will be addressed throughout tha project. However we intend to do the following:
• In addition to ENABLESs website the project will be published at the partners websites.
There will be a dedicated page at www.hib.no containing all the activities and outputs.
• The partners websites will also contain information about the project or links to the projects
website.
• The results will aslo be spred through local networks.
Koordinering, leiing og kvalitetssikring:
The lead partner, Høgskolen i Bergen/Bergen University College, represented by Heidi Skramstad, will be responsible for the over-all coordination of the project, over-all administrative management and for coordinating activities between the partners.

The Erfurter Gastro Berufsbildungswerk e. V. , represented by Friedhelm Josephs, will be responsible for coordinating activities in Thüringen.

Wirtschaftskammer Kärnten represented by Guntram Jilka, will be responsible for coordinating activities in Kärnten.

The coordination will be performed in a close collaboration between the Bergen University College, the Erfurter Gastro Berufsbildungswerk e. V. and Wirtschaftskammer Kärnten.
Each partner is individually and mutually responsible for the outputs described in the application. But the Project Management will have responsibility for progress control and reporting.

Auditing will be handled by the auditor og Bergen U niversity College – Riksrevisjonen – The Office of the Auditor General.
