The process is carried out in 3 work packages. The first one is to carry out regional analyses reports (RARs) in the 4 different regions (Sogn og Fjordane and Hordaland being classified as 2 separate regions). Different sectors are studied in the different regions, and all regions needed to find and define best practice examples.
The second workpackage consist of correlation analyses, where specific topics from the RARs are studied in more detailed and similarities and differences are focused.
The third workpackage is the conluding one, where each participating region works out a plan for how technology transfer (TT) best could be carried out in their region. This is based on the results from the finding, and should also take into account TT between the regions, i.e. at the transnational level.
It is planned to arrange workshops and presentations of the findings in order to put regional focus on the process and how it might be improved.
