PROSJEKTMÅL
The main goal is to identify new strategies towards revenue generation in the international leisure tourism markets. The research is operationalized by focusing on two key sub goals:
Delmål:
- Which tourism sub-segments are specifically profitable, and for which segments would product innovation strategies be specifically meaningful?
- Which opportunities are there for revenue optimization and target-group specific marketing with regard to international markets?
The project will be run close dialog with participating tourism businesses, organizations, regional and national tourism networks, regional authorities and the national and international research partners. Research needs will be discussed with co-operating businesses and destination management organizations.
